Glossy vs. Matte....Glossy wins!

When I started a year ago, I went with HB Matte exclusively. Then on one of my orders I added a tiny bottle of the Glossy for grins. I have to say, I really like it now! Strange as it sounds, it seems to add some definition to the contours of your head.
Now I have a half a bottle of matte I am trying to use up....maybe for my face and I'll glossy up the skull.
Anyone else have a preference?

I like glossy. In fact, I was at a local pub today, and had 3 people come over and ask how I get such a shiny head. One gal was afraid to ask, so she sent a girlfriend over to ask. So I went over to her and chatted. I even let her rub my head.

That's funny, reddog! I always say it brings luck if you rub my head.

I have to say that I am intrigued as to what the difference is, having never used either!

I love HeadBlade glossy head lube. It gives the dome a great shine which I really like.

I could go for a good head rub. It would feel so good.

Hi Joe, you'll be happy to know I'm sly again, made it 5 weeks and hated seeing that white hair! So I'm bald as a babies butt again, and it looks great.

I like a bit of a gloss. I use Aveeno After Shave Lotion and it gives it a nice shine. My head is naturally oily so it keeps a shine pretty much throughout the day.

I tend to prefer the glossy look as well.

My head has a natural high sheen even though I would prefer a matte finish. Matte is the only one I have tried, and it did not do much to dull the gloss up there.

Yes, Dan, I took a 5 week break from shaving. Had a darn nice looking flattop going, but am sly again. Don't know why I even try growing the hair back, I like the sly look on me and other guys. Happy Holidays to you and yours.

Nice choice Reddog. If I had to have hair for 5 weeks, I'd wear a flattop too!

Red Dog, you're a better man than me....If I go 5 days without shaving, I'm scared the SD might kick in....Getting back to geddyflea's topic I like to shine when not working, but i go for the matte look at work due to the constant contact with dust (I do wear a stocking cap at work though)

Harry, the sd was back after 3or4 days, and got worse. Amazing, 4 days since shaving and it's gone.
