Itching?

I have been shaving my head for a few weeks now and just a few days ago the back of my head started itching real bad. It itches mostly a few hours after shaving. There isn't really any bumps or anything to speak of.

I was using Mach3 disposables with Nivea sensitive shave cream. Last night I tried a headblade ATX and headslick(with good results) but the itch is still there.

Anybody else experience this?

Just wanted to update for anybody else that experiences this. 

After I shave(in the shower) I wash my head with shampoo again to get any hair and headslick residue off then use witch hazel after the shower.  I've been using Dickinson's brand just because we had some already.

Doing those two things has eliminated the itch I was having the next morning(I shower and shave at night.)
