Go buff!
I met most of my goals this month, I think I only missed 2 workouts, probably not working out tomorrow night (New years eve and all), might see if my gym partner can go during the day though.
I just didn't quite get to 27.5 for dumbell bench press, and 35 for military press.
Speaking of which, I still don't have anything officially planned, might have to see if I can do something about that!
