Alot of you guys are like me.
But as getting older, and learning that I am my own worst enemy !! Hard to admit but it is the truth. Some call it Type A behavior. it fits. Got it from my mom, sure do miss her. But give her 10 minutes and she could make a little ant hill to Mr. Rushmore. I worry about things to worry about. 
I know for a fact that many of us do the same thing. And then we pass it on to our children, and argue with the wife and kids. I am trying to learn "SLOW IT DOWN" the older you get the harder it is ! LOL Their is a right way, wrong way , and my way. Like Frank S's song . I did it my way .
To make a short end to this , be yourself , and stop and smell the roses. Enjoy appreciate, your family and remember life is really short.
I have had to suffer the consiqence's of thinking only about myself , and gain, going to the top . Yeah Right ! Top sure is not what you might think.
