Due to a hint made in another post, I ordered a two of the pumps that go in top of the Head Slick bottle since I found out I was using too much and these were the remedy.
I got the manila envelope in today. Not only were there 2 pumps, but also a whole bunch of freebies.
2 stickers, 4 samples and 3 $1 off coupons for any HB product.
Very nice indeed, Gents (and Ladies if any involved)

Absolutely true. And if you email them with a question or comment, you'll receive a personal reply back which actually addresses the points in your initial email.
Wow ... it's like "customer service" used to be.

It was a nice, unexpected touch.
I still use Head Slick and don't foresee any change in that, but I shipped the Head Blade to Japan to Bluebriz.
I wonder if I should send him the "Head Blade" sticker??
I'm keeping the "Head Logo" one. That thing looks cool!

Thanks for the link. Is the only point of the pump dosage control?

It is nice to see good service and a little freebe is good business. If I have a compaint on anything anymore, I take care of the matter. It makes me feel better and usually it can be worked out. Thanks for sharing.

Portion control.....isn't that the root of everything?? LoL!
I was using waaaay to much and didn't get anywhere need my 100 shaves.
Come to find out (AGAIN) it was the linkage between the bottle and my scalp.

Get the pump, save the $$$.
The site says it fits all besides the Head Shed. Reason given, the stuff is too thick

That is awesome mate, I reckon once a month there is at least 1 story posted on the forums about how awesome HB's customer service is. They really know how to look after their clients. It reminds me of the service I get from the company I buy my band shirts from. They always seem to attach a 10% off voucher and last time (I can't remember if I got it the times before that) I actually got a hand written thank you on my invoice! You just don't get service like in most places these days!!!

I just received my first order direct from HB (I got a HB sport and head lube from Walgreens locally a few months ago). This one included an ATX, a backup bottle of headslick, 2 pumps, head shed, both kinds of headlube... a couple packs of quad blades, headclear, etc... etc... I too was pleasantly surprised by the order turnaround time and the little freebies! I'll definitely order direct from them again (and you get a discount from this site!).

Used it for the first time last night, the pump on the Head Slick, that is.
At first I was like "that's it?".
Buuuuuuut sure enough, it 'twas!
Also nice was not having to hold the shaver under the faucet so long to clear between the blades.
So....
Saved $$ = more shaves per bottle/using less hot water rinsing
Saved time = blade cleared almost immediately when rinsed.
NOT TOO SHABBY FOR $0.75 (and a bunch of freebies!!)
