lol good one.
I use nothing, I'm just careful!
be who you are, say what you feel, because those who matter don't mind, and those who mind don't matter

You do need to be a little more mindful in situations where you could hit your head. Hair does tend to be an early warning system/radar for head hitting:)
Life has three aspects: Paradox, Humor, and Change.

Paradox: Life is a mystery; don't waste time figuring it out.
Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure
Change: Know that nothing stays the same.

You don't want to wear a hard hat all the time, so just be careful. :)

Well banging is more obvious, but remember SUNSCREEN--always sunscreen.

I've learned to watch when there's something above. When I accidentally hit my head it hurts and I get mad enough to eat barbed wire and spit nails.

 :(

That depends on where you are, your skin type, but it is important that it protects against UVA & UVB rays.  I usually use a 35spf.
