So first we had bald, SLY Howie Mandel...very cool look for him...sly much better than the fro!
Now, it looks as though Howie started a trend...ABC will be having a show called "National Bingo Night" (heaven help us all)...it will be hosted by the sly bald british dude, ED SANDERS from the extremehouse make over show...
Ed for the most part is usually buzzed bald...but seems now he is totally slick and smooth in the promo i saw (gotta keep up with Howie!)...
I dig that bald Brit...he looks as though he's pretty much bald by choice (very cool)...and i totally dig a dude that MUST GO SLY.....it's a powerful thing!

It's really cool that it's becoming fashionable. I think even just five years ago there was still a little more hesitance from guys adopting the look. It's still uncommon enough to be unique, but now it's accepted and even admired.

And THAT'S the way I hope it stays! Perfect blend of acceptance and cool edge!

I'm always happy to see Sly guys grace the TV and Movie screens. It helps enforce the fact that it's a cool image to have.

Sorry dudes, and i understand if this gets me banned forever

but not a fan of the Kojak dude (Telly Savalas)...the dude creeped me out as a kid, for some reason seemed like a perv.....I was a child of the 70's and that's the way i felt then and now....
i don't mean to offend, but not a fan, sorry dudes...I'll go now......

Just kidding bro! I rarely (never seriously) get to use that and it's so much fun when I can.
Thanks for giving me a pardon on this one...I need a good place to call home!

I agree with you. I was never a big Kojak fan, either. Telly was not a good looking guy. I have to admire his willingness to go with the look he liked, at a time when hardly anyone else was sporting it, though.

Maybe you saw The Dirty Dozen as a kid, he did play a perv in that movie. BTW, never could watch the guy act either

Don't forget that Yul Brenner rocked the sly look before any of us were in diapers.

Yeah, my wife loves this guy. He had previously been on another show which I think is called "extreme home makeover." Or something like that. It's hosted by that guy that does all the Sears commercials. Tye, I think his name is. Anyway, the brit fella is going to be on a new game show now.

Yeah, but Telly Savalas was a lot cooler than Ed Asner, Gavin McLeod, or Vic Taback (3 1970's actors with sporting hair horseshoes).
