So Happy!!

Sorry guys but i just had to post on here tonight.  I have been giddy all weekend. 

Basically I currently work in Children's Social Care for a Local Authority.  At the moment that is not the happiest place to work!!  The economy is screwed over here and it is the public sector that is suffering at the moment. 

Anyhow, I went for an interview last week as CEO of a local charity helping families of disabled children, my dream job and guess what I got it!!  The salary I wanted, i earn enough to work 3 days a week which means I can spend time with my beautiful little girl.  Life really couldnt be better. 

For those of you who know what psychological state i have come from.......thanks, i couldn't have got here without the support of this site.

I just cant wait to start now!

Congrats Argyle! And as the Dad of a special needs son, God Bless you for accepting a position of such importance.
Yes... you will get to spend more time with your daughter but...... you will also get to meet some of the most amazing children and people that you will ever come across in your life.

Glad for you, but let's look at this realistically, who wouldn't want a good looking sly guy to "head up" the operation?  Great, enjoy.
