Sure Magoo.
I eat 3 meals. Once my studies are done (in 2 days!!!!) I will have time to eat more frequently, hopefully
eating 4 or 5 smaller meals a day.
Breakfast: peanut butter sandwich (on whole wheat bread), or mozzarella cheese sandwich, or some La Vache kiri cheese on whole wheat bread. I drink organic cow milk or natural spring water.
Snack: Almonds or Walnuts. Do a search on health benefits of almonds. They are a precious gift indeed.
Lunch: I tend to try one of the following
(1) 3 bananas, one peach
(2) one organic apple, 2 bananas
(3) 3 peaches, one banana
(4)3 handfuls of of organic grapes
(5) Some organic tomatoes only
(6) one organic apple and a smoothie (papaya smoothies, strawberry smoothie, banana-papaya smoothie, etc.)
(7) 4 handfuls of strawberries, one banana
(8 half a cucumber, two handfuls of organic grapes
As you will note, my lunch is 100% fruits and vegetables, nothing else. I have found that this gives me so much energy during the day.
Dinner (somewhere between 4 to 5 p.m.): This is the part where I eat foods that are not necessarily healthy.
. For dinner, I may have two plates of whole wheat pasta, or rice with roasted chicken and salad, or rice and some soup, cooked veggies, baked potatoes, etc. I eat a large salad with all the unhealthy foods I eat during dinner to hopefully cancel out any undesirable effects.
Around 7:30 p.m.: SMOOTHIE time. This is when I drink two full glasses of a smoothie, preferably green smoothies. For great recipes do a search on google. Easy to make, taste is great, and it's very healthy!!!
cheers.
