Everyone knows that the 4th of july is independence day. We light fireworks, eat barbecue, etc..etc. When we are asked what the first thought we have of the fourth of july most of us would probably say FREEDOM! Freedom of relegion, Free speech, Freedom to make our own choices in whatever avenue of life we choose to follow. Well, my independence day is everyday, what is my freedom, its the freedom to shave. Its the freedom to say, Im not going to fall into the stereotype of my hair makes me the man i am today, because you know what, i have no hair now and im still the man that i am today.
Men spend thousands of dollars on hair care products to keep what is eventualy going to fall out anyways. The media attacks our gender where it realy hurts and that is hair loss. I know that being bald is not for every guy, and some of the most negative comments i have gotten was from men loosing there hair naturaly. I consider myself to be one of the lucky ones that are not tied down by the horrifying thought of loosing my hair, i shave it off on a daily basis, i think it is liberating, as a spokeperson for the growing society of bald men i feel that it is our duty, our job, to help other balding men embrace there baldness.
One of my favorite sites is the Sly Bald Guys, its a website that bald men by choice or by nature can join and discuss various topics, any topics from how to shave your head-to-what kind of lotion you use, all my fellow brothers on that site are helpfull and have a positive attitude, the kind of attitude that is top notch. The bottom line is we the society of bald men must give a positive outlook and attitude that shows us for what we are and that is the future.
This is The Bald Guy from The Bald Nations Best where being bald is always above average!
