On the fence about shaving need opinions.

Well I'm not really sure how I'll look. I was looking for some honest opinions. I'm 26 be 27 in july and lately I really noticed the hairline going back. Here is a pic of last weekend. I'm scared I'll look ackward bald.

I think you will look fine.  It can't be anymore awkward than a receding hairline.  Just try it!

I think you will look really good bro.   From your pic I think you will look far better than you
will ever imagine, and I am not joking here.
But the important thing to keep in mind is that you will not know before shaving your head how you will
feel about a bald head after you have a shaved head.  You know what I mean?
Imagine this, suppose there is a computer program where you can send your picture and that it will
tell you exactly how you will look like after you shave.   The problem will be that the program will not
tell you how you are going to feel about it once your head is shaved.  So the "guessing game" is
simply a waste of time and you really owe it to yourself to give the bald head a shot. 
I am telling you it will suit you bro.   If not, you can grow it back.  No side effects.

And I should have said welcome to slybaldguys.  I hope you stick around.

100% honest opinion is that a shaved head looks better on anyone compared to thinning or receding hair.. But if your ok with the thinning/receding look then rock on..  I have the same hairline right now and shaving it was a great move

In all honesty I think you'd look great SLY.  Do yourself a favour and do the 30 day trial.  Once you've done that you won't want to have hair again!   O0

I think it would be a big improvement.  I think we all can relate to how scary it is.  But think of it this way:  being bald is something you're going to have to face sooner or later anyway.  Confront it, shave your head clean, and move on.  You'll either love it immediately, or if you don't, you'll love it when you get used to it which may take a few days or even a few weeks.  But it's far preferable than watching your hair slowly disappear over the next 5 or 6 years.  Nothing is as awkward as a receding hairline.

Bro, I would shave it.  At least do the 30 day test.  What you got to loose?  There isnt much up there anyways.  So have fun, give it a whirl!

Racer, kudos to you for keeping it short rather than trying to cover it up.  Your hairline is a lot like mine was before I took the plunge 4+ years ago.  I think you will look fine, and believe me, you will feel more confident.  You will also get the benefit of looking younger.  Bald heads are much more accepted these days which is a good thing... so, what are you waiting for?

Shave the dome man.  Like the Men's Wearhouse ad states, "You're going to love the way you look."

Practically all of the bros here had similar misgivings before the first shave and almost all ended up saying they wished they had done it sooner.  That includes me and I think it will include you.

Whatever you choose, though, welcome to SBG.
