Today I renewed my driver's license for the first time as a SLY man. I asked the lady what she was going to type in for hair color (used to be "brown" on the license). She looked up grinning and said, "Bald." The worker next to her grinned and said, "Or shiny." I said I could live with either one. I ended up with "bald."

The picture isn't the worst in the world -- though a bit mugshotesque -- but I ain't no oil painting to begin with and it could have been much worse. All in all, a pretty fun way to start out the day...and I was in and out in 15 minutes!

I got mine changed just last year. Kinda shows you're committed to the cause now.

That's great, mine's up for renewal and I'm kind of looking forward to it. Louisiana doesn't ask about hair color, must not be politically correct!

Hey, when I got mine a few years ago I had gone from hair to no hair, put on 20 pounds, and was nearly an inch shorter from major back surgery! Really had 'em worried for a minute there!

Got my new "bald" driver's license yesterday, now I've got two official forms of bald ID, a TWIC and a LA driver's license, to add to all my security pass bald cards from clients--except for my passport, I am totally officially bald.

O:OThe passport doesn't renew until 2013, so that's a bummer.

Not too long ago I went and got mine renewed, I went from having a full head of hair and a clean shaved face to having a clean shaved head and hair on my face. Comparing the pictures it looks like there is atleast a 5 year difference when in reality there was a one year difference (I moved and all that so I got a new one)

I guess I'm gona have to do that myself pretty soon. My renewal is Jan 26. I'm beginning to think I will probably be bald for life myself. I love the look and feel. Thank to you guys I'll probably end up bald.

I was disappointed in my DMV, they made me put down what my hair color was.

That's kind of surprising in today's world, Louisiana only has height, weight and sex--race, hair color are never asked or stated. They also put whether you want to be an organ donor--never thought I'd see the day when Louisiana had more advanced standards than western states.

I had a ID made last year and the flash reflected off my dome so it just looks like a couple of eyes floating in the air.

Year after I went sly had to renew the drivers liscense but PA only cares on the color of your eyes not hair unfortunately.
Renewed my concealed permit couple weeks ago and had most of the sherriffs laughting too about the hair color. They opted for Bald over Follically Challenged as I suggested.
