you got it. I just didn't know how to put it into words. The moisture trap moisture. Back in october I got all these weird pimples on my forehead and the doctor told me it's not an allergy it comes from the hat being pressed against the skin for too long in hot weather.

It probably trapped all the oils on the band and caused all the fuss, I have to wash my tuque several times during the winter or I get the same problem. Summers approaching fast, this time you will be prepared
