• Welcome! I live about 4 hrs from OBX in Richmond, Va and have been there a million times. Needless to say im ridiculously jealous. haha.

• Yeah, it's an awesome place to live. Winters are mild for the most part. Supposed to be in the 60's tomorrow. Looking forward to the summer temps.

• welcome OBX! I stayed there in 2006 in Nags HEad at the lst COlony Inn and went down to OCracoke Island. A fabulous (but expensive) 6 Summer days. What part are u from?

  Near the Wright Memorial Bridge, but I have a place I rent down on Hatteras too. Ocracoke is a special place. I try to make it down there a couple times a year.

  I've been to the Outer Banks more times than I can count...  When I lived in Virginia Beach/Norfolk area, I was there at least a month!
