im a mach 3 turbo user and have always been since i started shaving but im going to CVS to pick up a prescription so im thinking of also picking up a FUSION and trying it out while im there. it depends how expensive it is. if its too pricey than forget it cuz i doubt the difference of the shave is that much different between the two.
any ideas of what other head products i should pick up? right now i currently dont use anything when i shave except shaving gel and a razor. im thinking of changing my technique up a little to get the best shave possible. any recommendations are welcome.

Before you buy the Fusion look for a pack of schick extreme 3 disposables I have had some good luck with those. I prefer the headblade, but I seen that you dont like it at all so try the extreme 3. Have you tried using an exfoliator? Pick up some St I'ves Apricot scrub that is one for sure thing of getting to a smoother shave.

I am a fan of Fusion. Couldn't get the blades today because of parades, so I used a Shick Extreme 3--got a slice, not really bad, but I've only had one in nearly a year and a half w/ my trusty Fusion at it wasn't as bad. I'm p_ssed, so tomorrow, somehow w/ parades and everything, I'm getting some Fusion blades. Why, Why, didn't I follow my rule I got from Lucille Ball, "Don't F_ck with Success!"

, p_ssed at yourself is the lowest of low feelings.

My weapon of choice is "Schick Extreme3 comfort plus" I have tried them all. Schick extreme 3 is the best for me. Understanding of course that individual scalps and tastes vary tremendously. Sorry about that cut Saintc, but ghost , you should give them a try. PLUS they are very affordable- I buy them in bulk at SAMS and each one lasts over seven days of daily shaving. (The comfort plus is a strip of lube material with aloe vera on the head of the cartridge-very nice)

I used to shave my face with the Fusion up until recently. I picked up a Schick Quattro Titanium and OH MY GOD. The difference is amazing. That is an amazing razor. Haven't used it on my head, but I can't imagine it would give a bad shave. I HIGHLY recommend it.

I'm completely sold on the Fusion and wouldn't try anything else; but the Mach III may be just as good.
Maybe you should think about using some kind of moisturizer; like aloe vera gel; or headlube (matte or glossy) by HeadBlade. I'm finding that in this harsh winter my head (and the rest of my skin oftentimes) feels dry and ITCHY. ...

I love the fusion! It`s the best razor I have used for my head. I use to use the mach3 and the fusion is the next step up. Stop by walmart and get a bottle of shave secret and try some blad guyz moisture gel.

I feel like I have tried just about every razor out there and Fusion wins it hands down. I wish the blades were a little less expensive... but for now I will pay for difference it shave that I get.

I always used machIII and was converted (by this site) to using Fusion. they are by far the best. Pity about the price, but well worth it for the extra good shave they give
