Several times a day..... usually in the Am and then again at lunch.....

I have a few times. I figure with some of the emails that go around at work, no one is going to care if I sign on to SBG.

No. I am on the road during the day servicing accounts but I usually log on before starting my day and for a while at night.

Yes. I used to be logged in like an uncontrollable fiend at work, but due to increased monitoring, i log in during breaks.

Yep. I work the night shift at a small country hospital. Not much to do around here sometimes.
