I know, I know. It's a stupid topic. But everyone has words that they like. It could be the way it sounds. What it means. The way it rolls off the tongue. Whatever. Just favorite words.
Here are a few of mine!
Slab
Sock
debacle
...I can't think of any others right now.

I've always been intrigued by words you don't hear very much. Like "superfluous" for example.
One of my favorite words from all my years in radiology is spondylolisthesis, which is a dislocated vertebrae.

Yeah, I love "trade" words. I really like the names of a lot of active ingredients in pesticides, for example. Diatomaceous Earth is my favorite chemical name, and one of my favorite products, as well.
For some reason, I really like the word "of" when it's put in the middle of something and pronunciated correctly all the way through. Like "Glass of milk" or "Bottle of beer" It just makes things seem so much more delightful to me.

My favorite word or group of words is actually in portuguese. Mrs. Mmvnt is from Brazil, and when she talks to her mom and tells her that she is "doing well, also" she says "Tudo Bem, Tambem". I dont really know why, but i think that its the most humorous thing ive ever heard. Ill walk around the house laughing, saying it outloud and it will make my wife laugh, then her mom thinks that both of us have gone completely nuts.

Probably don't hear that one much, because its a little superfluous!

One of my favourite words when i was a kid was 'toe'. It was the first word I really learned to write, for some reason (I think I was just writing ramdom letters down and my mom happened to notice it was a word!) So I wrote it everywhere I could!

Some of my favourite words are unprintable!!

One word I like is bizarre, and another is supercalifragilistic...I can't spell the rest, but I like it!
