What do you mean No razor bumps here,,,, then what do you call that large growth on your shoulders? 
Oh...those are my trapazoids...they are large aren't they? And that's a relaxed picture (not flexing).
You get those by doing what is known as "shrugs" using either a barbell or dumbells.
