Putting up my annual Christmas jams. This year's flavors:
Spiced Blueberry Jam
Spiced Cherry Jam
Tropical Rum Preserves
Hot Red Chile Jam
Loquat Jam
The Cherry Jam doesn't seem to want to gel properly, so it may end up being Spiced Cherry Dessert Sauce!

Today was my first real day off since Thanksgiving. I've been working my full time job and a part time job. To cap off the work weeks, Friday was 9-5:30 and then 8-12am for a midnight madness sales promotion. Saturday was my usual 9-5:30. I was kind of fried and ready to take today off.
Finished hanging pictures in the dining room for Mrs. BW, and then I cleaned and dusted my office. This evening I'm going to have a few well deserved shots of CC and a few beers!

Never had a hot pepper jam? If you like things on the spicy side, it's delish!
Great on English muffins, and often used to top cream cheese on crackers for appetizers.
I usually use chile peppers that I've grown myself, but my crop this year was pretty dismal.
The loquat jam
was made from berries that grew on the trees in my backyard.
