Well no one has said it yet, so I guess I will. This is a great site, but what ever you do, DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING TIMMJ has to say.
There, got that out of the way. Welcome to the site, both of ya ( JOhnC) Great place to hang out and just be yourself. Loads of info in here, so ifyou cant find anything just PM PBurke he will find it for you. He usually isnt doing anything anyways but sitting behind a desk watching the boats go by. Hope to get to know you all more in here.

Timing is irrelevant, easy to adjust. Give the routine 30 days to get use to and you will see how efficient you become with it.
