great trick to play on Halloween or anytime of year if you feel inclined to doing it. Take an old purse. Stuff it with newpaper or whatever, tie a fishing line painted black to the handles. Lay the purse next to a curb in the street and hide. When someone stops to pick up the purse, just as they are about to touch the purse...RUN! That purse will flop around and get yanked out from their hands it will freak them out.
