• hello fellow chrome domes:  which do U get smoooother?  dome?  face?  or both?  i'll start:  i've only been headshaving  since april 24, 2007 but my dome is always smooooother than my face.
  
  so... how 'bout U?  which is smoother (closer)?  dome?  face?  or both?  what's your story?

• With my HB it's easy to get a smooth shining head.
  
  But the face remains a difficult shave-area. This week has been nick-cut-blood week all around my chin  .

• I get both the dome and face equally smooth but it's easier when you have a goat because the chin was always the hardest part to get smooth.....

• I guess I spend more time sorting out the top.  I rarely shave my face against the grain - I think that's the difference.

  I have to shave my face against the grain or I wouldn't get a good shave at all....

• I shave my face every 2 or 3 days, but usually the dome every day.  I feel ready to take on the world when I've got my head baby smooth.

• My head is always smoother than my face.  I shave my head against the grain, but when I shave my face against the grain it is awful.  Feels smooth, but in a couple of hours it is red, itchy and all irritated.

• Dome is definitely easier to get smooth.  On a good day I will also get the face "almost" smooth.

• Dome is smoother than the face. I never shave my face against the grain, too much chance for irritation and razor bumps (ingrown hairs).
