Lookin' good man. That's a lot of solid black ink. Wow. From what I can tell, you look great bald. It looks strange seeing you with hair in the one picture. Very strange. Anyway, I have a question about your light-reactive tattoo...it looks like there was scarring. Is it raised up? And is that intentional if so? I'm just curious...I love Lord of the Rings, btw. Looks awesome glowing.

My friends in MA developed the ink and I had to get some to give it a go. We ended up running the machine too fast and I did scar, which actually looks really awesome, IMO. However, once we got used to using it we were able to tune the machine just right to work it into the skin with minimal scarring. It does take practice though. I ended up getting another piece done by my friends in MA that is virtually invisible, I can only see two faint spots and the piece is solid and about 4 inches in diameter, so with some skill you can get it totally invisible on light skin.
I also love LOTR, I thought I was so clever that I got the ring's script done in UV so it glowed like the ring when put into fire. That pic does it no justice as it was a fresh pic and a bit chalky looking, under a good UV light it almost looks metallic. -
