I like to get up about 330 and hit the gym by 430 hit the beach at 630 for a run, then off to work by 8 and sleep by 8. I been doing it about a month but I am seeing sick results. Lost about 15 lbs already so I quess it works. the best thing is I can not procrastinate and not goto the gym. It starts the day. "Press on" Off to the gym

Up at 5am, gym or run at 6am.....
...then it's done and over with....the endorfins are flowin' for the morning and yer energized for the day
Up and out at the gym at 5a, and there are quite a few other people there at that time too. Knock the workout out, home shower, shave, read paper & breakfast and at work by 8:30a. It sets up the day

Are you kidding, 5oclock does not come round twice.You must be short of something to do to get up at that unearthly time.Have you no Lay_days to keep you in bed LOL.
I usually go at 9-10am cause I work in the afternoon. But I prefer going at 1-2pm.
Up at 4:30, in the (home) gym at 4:40! Much more focused during the early morning, no distractions!
I like to run in the morning, hit the iron in the afternoon.
