Yeah.... my wife runs the Senior Center in town and more than once one of those geezers has let one rip right in front of me. The women do seem to be the worst offenders..... they usually just give a little giggle.

By the way.... the use of the word "geezers" is used as a term of endearment and not meant to be offensive. I think old people are very cool.........

The old ones are great. I feel bad when I see older people that aren't so happy any longer, but it really lifts my spirits to see an old person with some joy.

I have a fart related story!
I work in a pizza shop. I spend many hours where it is just me and whoever decides to come in to the store during the non-peak hours. One of my very regulars is a case worker of some kind and an autistic young man. They are both very pleasant and the worker is a really hot lady. Well, the young man is eating his pizza pretty close to the kitchen where I am wasting time. He lets out a GIANT fart that shakes his whole seat. Neither him nor the lady act like anything just happened, but my eyebrows rose really high. I wanted to be respectful, but hey...I don't know why but farts are funny to me! I am holding the laughter within my head, when I start to smell the fart. Oh MAN it's bad! That's when the culprit starts fanning his hand in front of his own nose! But the whole time, the lady didn't bat an eyelash or even acknowledge anything at all happened! She must have nerves of STEEL!

My dad before he passed away... did just that in public one time.  Not expecting his response to his letting it go, just stated, "They pay no rent, they got to get out." 

Your Dad must have been a character..........That's hilarious!
