But to me this is OUTRAGEOUS on the one hand.....and TYPICAL in today's world....
My question is, were the two women this lard-ass raped and murdered "properly anesthetized" to make it as pain-free as possible.

Maybe not the place to say this, but why dont we clean out our jails and give them a 1 way ticket to the middle east and then give them a gun (bullets optional depending on your crime) and turn them loose. if they run the wrong way just say i thought it was a bad guy shooting at me.
i dont think that many in US would care...... -

As far as I'm concerned, when you commit murder, you forfeit any human rights that you may have had. So execute this dude, in any way that is appropriate. Injection isn't the only way to execute someone. Sorry if that's harsh, but I never understood the logic of protecting the human rights of convicted murders. You kill someone intentionally, you deserve a similar fate.

Additionally, since taxpayers are footing the bill for his incarceration, the prison should put his ass on a diet.

It's a last ditch, desperate attempt to gain a stay of execution. It'll never work. He's just trying to postpone the inevitable. There's no judge or politician anywhere that wants to set a precedent that can be sighted in future cases.
Facing death, for real has scared this dude into trying ANYTHING to stave it off.
My question would be how did this dude GET FAT in prison in the first place? Especially on death row? -

Several years ago I read a news article about a prison that was intentionally fattening up the prisoners. The warden thought it was a better alternative to letting them become buff and strong in the weight room. Flabby criminals get too winded to perform violent crime.

Too bad this &*(^%$#@ dude is shaved headed. Notice I did NOT say SLY. Sly is reserved for positive role models. It is a shame to have someone so evil on this earth anyway. But he is reinforcing the image of shaved headed guys being evil. I know most are just everyday normal people!

I say throw his a@@ in the hole for 8 months with just water and stop the free meds.....
then at execute time stick about a 2 foot needle up his spine to get to his vein... can't complain about his arms then!! -

He's such a blimp that his "long drop" for a hanging is 4 ft 8 inches. (divide 1260 foot-pounds by weight in pounds to calculate drop) -

Hand cuff him to a treadmill at 10km/h on 3% incline.
Come back in about 3 hours. If he hasn't had a heart attack you should be able to find a vein to stick a needle in. Either way, problem solved.
