I'd love to surf the west coast, the waves are so much better, but have you noticed that we breed more top pro's than anywhere else in the country? That is because we have to work a wave when we get one. I'm nowhere near their class, but Ive surfed with both kelly slater, and todd holland, both great guys. My best friend grew up as friends (actually kelly's older brother, who is not a great guy)
I started getting into kite surfing before I moved to georgia. Its tough looking at my kite and board in the garage here. I'll probably have to learn all over again if I get back to the beach. -
