I picked up some of the HeadBlade brand blades for my HeadBlade Sport.
I just used them a few minutes ago. They suck. I've never had so many nicks and cuts in my life!
Previously I've been using Sensor 3 blades and got a good shave from them, and I figured the HeadBlade ones should also do a great job. Wrong.
I'll never use those blades again. What a waste of money.
I haven't had any issues with the HeadBlade tripple blades but since HeadBlade got greedy and upped their price on their blades I've been trying some others. I picked up some CVS brand blades a while back and have been okay with them until this morning. I put a new blade in my HeadBlade Sport and promptly took a chunk out of my scalp. It STILL hurts too!

Maybe I'll give the Sensors a try next.

The ones I tried were the double blades, as the place I bought them didn't have the triples. I complained to HB via email this morning and they're sending me a pack of the triples to try. I'll try them and see. I certainly won't use their double blades again.
The Sensor triple blades work well and fit the black adapter just fine.
Doubles in my HB did the same thing to me. Back to the triples with no problem..........
Sorry to hear about that, Trucker. I know some have had success with the triples and some with the doubles. Totally a "different strokes for different folks" thing (as Mike's post just confirmed).
I personally have had success with the doubles (even the ones that came with the HeadBlade razor). I've since continued buying Atra generics (Walgreens, Longs, and SaveMart) with the same results. For that reason, I've chosen to not even try the triples.
Schro
I have had good success with the HB triples but at $8 a crack for a 4 pack I decided to use Sensor twins. Both work well for me. I have never tried the HB twins. Since I started using Warhawk's strategy of spraying alcohol on the blades between passes it just about doubles the blade life of whatever blade I use.
yea every time I used the HB dubs they cut

My first try with the CVS blades took an inch diameter chunk of flesh out of the side of my head ... OUCH! After that, I used the CVS blades as a touch-up after using Headblades. Lately, I can't tell the difference between the Headblade triples and the CVS triples. Not sure what's change? My shaving style, the blades, or what?
Trucker, I also use the Sensor 3 blades and have been pleased with them. I tried the headblade triples and for me they didn't shave nearly as well as the Sensor 3 blades for me. Let us know what you think of the headblade triples after you try them
