Hey Dave, a late welcome to you here. Glad you decided to join us, and smart that you chose HeadBlade!. It is definitely not a fad, and in my opinion the best tool for the job.
Just be sure to stick with it, and you'll soon master it. Seems to me too many guys give up too soon. The whole HB line is excellent and it's my "go to" choice.
You may want to try different blade combo's, to see if any work better for you. Remember to always keep the pressure off the blade end. You'll never have a problem.
