hello fellow chrome domes: what is one thing that U must do b4 going 2 work excluding the shower, headshave, and breakfast? i'll start: i MUST have atleast one cup of hot coffee b4 going 2 work? so... how 'bout U? what's one thing U do b4 going 2 work... excluding the shower, headshave, & breakfast? what's your story?

I have a cup of coffee, take a run and then back in for a second cup of Jo. Get on the forum and check things out, stay on too long, run around like an idiot and try to get out the door on time.

I have usually a flip through the newspapers.
Sometimes our daughter needs some help or advice for duties for school.

Rush to school to get Oldest there on TIME...because she doesnt know how to manage time yet...but its coming...trust me...its coming. Then off to Shell Mart to get my daily 1- 32 oz cup of fountain pepsi....VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT....I could be 15 minutes late for work....but I have to stop and get that Pepsi. I use to laugh at my aunt because if she didnt have her diet pepsi in the morning ..her day was a wreck. She would often end up having headaches. Now, I dont get headaches if I dont get my pepsi....but imagine you coffee drinkers if you didnt have your cup of coffee first thing in the morning...

First thing, since I work night shift is a cup of Espresso
which will hopefully inspire my colon to do great things
.
Then another cup of Espresso (It's good stuff!) to finish waking me up.
Let the dog out to do his thing, pack my lunch, and hit the road.
