I'd do either one/both given the opportunity and the extra cash to afford it.
I did ride the Royal Rush skycoaster at the Royal Gorge in Colorado. It's like what Timmay was describing, but you swing out over the Royal Gorge so when you look down, the ground is 1300 feet down.

It was totally wicked

They screwed up my DVD of the ride though, so that sucked.

My skydiving experience was back in the early 90's. I took a class, and then jumped out of a perfectly good airplane. When I exited I bounced off of the wheel and the whole plane dumped to the side for a moment. They thought I had been knocked out but I was fine .. just trying to finish peeing my pants so I could enjoy the trip. It is kind of like, "AAAAAAAAAA", then your shute pops out and its like, "Uh, wow, this is pretty cool. Im suppose to land where?"
I didn't land quite right and ended up in a crumpled ball on the ground amist a cloud of dust. I spent the next month in a knee brace.
I saw no need to repeat the experience.

I would do either in a flash. Sounds like fun. The closest I have come to anything like that was the Big Shot on top of the Stratosphere in Vegas. That was awsome!

I used to fly them and I had to wear one but there is no way I am jumping from a perfectly safe airplane.

I don't think there's enough room in that little backpack for the extra underwear I would need after I got done crapping myself.

Many years ago, preparing for an "orientation flight" in a Navy A4T, part of the training was an ejector seat simulator. They had a mock-up of a cockpit and the seat rode up on a rail. The fun part is that they actually blasted you out with a 1/3 the actual explosive charge that is used in the aircraft.
The instructor told us that of the three triggers, the preferred method is to reach up over your head and pull down on the handle with both hands. A little nylon screen covers your face, he said, "The people who designed it will tell you that it is to protect you from the wind blast as you exit the cockpit at 500 MPH, but really, its because you don't wanna see what's gonna happen next..."
I survived getting blasted out of the simulator, but I have no desire to leave an aircraft that has any chance of staying in the air.
Bungee jumping, I don't think my back could take it.
Now, parasailing, I'd like to try...
