ARGGGGGGGGGGG im so freakin mad right now...I could...................ARGGGGGGGGGG
Stood in freaking line for two freakin hours in the cold rain to buy State Final Tickets up at Conseco in Indy for the Highschool games...and I got about to about 20th in line and THEY FREAKIN SOLD OUT!. How in the hell can a place like Conseco sell out of tickets in one day. Beyond my imagination. Somebody out there has a sh*t load of tickets and are out there scalping them.
Sorry Bros.....I just need to vent....and I aint done venting yet...but took some of the pressure off. -

Try e-bay close to the game date, you will be surprised at what you may get..

Not right, Timmy. I'm surprised that you couldn't get tickets through your school. I'm assuming they made it to state. I would have thought that your school would have been given a block of tickets to buy. But hey, it's been a long time since I was in high school, and this is the internet age where things are done differently. Sorry buddy!

Yeah, try eBay or StubHub.com. You could also try Craigslist, but I'm not sure how much it's used in Indiana

That blows Tim......... this is exactly why states need to do something about the "professional" scalpers...... outfits that get large blocks of tickets and then rape the fans for them.......

Well...it just goes to show if you pray hard enough....good things happen. To begin with I needed to purchase 10 tickets...5 for my family and 5 for my friends family. This morning we both decided that if we had to buy seperate tickets then so be it. I come to work this morning, I get a phone call saying that they had "CheerBlock" tickets left for the students. I was able to go and purchase 2 tickets for my two oldest and 2 more for my friends 2 oldest kids. I was like OK...well we will find 6 tickets somewhere im sure. I come back to work...one of my co workers who has never been to a highschool game before....said he was able to buy 6 tickets early yesterday. He wasnt for sure if he wanted to go or not. Well I talked him out of them. He didnt even charge me any extra...so we are in and have better ticket so to speak. The kids get to sit downin the cheer block on the floor as for us "Adults" we get to sit in the nose bleed section. Anyways....Thanks to you all who let me come in and vent last night as I was severely pissed off...
One of ya's mentioned that they were surprised that the school didnt have a block of tickets to sell. Well they did have a block of tickets.....they sold 3500 in 45 minutes. That was all the tickets Conseco and the IHSAA allowed the school to have. We have even tried calling Conseco box office and they are sold out. They said that they have never had just only one session sell out. It was normal for them to sell out both sessions. Seems as the 2nd session in which is when we are playing is the game everyone in the state wants to see. Tyler Zeller last night was name Gatorade's National Player of the Year award. Which is awesome as hell. He is still in the running for Mr Basketball. Good Luck Tyler...and The Hatchets! Win State
