When my wife had her maiden name, she shared her namesake with a famous folk singer.

One of my neighbors is Alan Jackson.
Not the Alan Jackson of the Chatahoochie fame.

SLYinKC, that's some car you're in. Very sly indeed. Did you buy it?
Guess having a convertible in KC, wouldn't be very practical. With all that extreme weather you have there. Those tops are known to malfunction at the most opportune times. You wouldn't it to open in the middle of blizzard or tornado would ya!!

I always thought your name was familiar.  i seem to remember an actor named Paul Burke -- way back -- on TV maybe ? ???

anyway; I have known two  "Robert Kennedy"s

a school mate's father was named   James Brown  (never met him, though)

Believe it or not; I had a student named ...    Rhett Butler ( a fictional character rather than a celebrety ; but anyway ... )

My sister's name used to be  "Patty Smith"  ...  though we never called her "Patty"

Another student was named   Gary Cooper

....    If I think about this some more; no doubt I'll come up with others ...

I know a guy named Robert Smith (we call him Bob though).

My folks used to know a guy named Jim Jones (not the kool aid man... )

We have a company in our town...Elvis Service

They are a waste removal company. Now I know where all the "kings" peanut butter and banana sandwhiches went!
