Since I hate NY teams and I detest Tom "Tuck Rule" Brady even more, the commercials are what it's all about for me. What snacks will you be serving during the best part of Super Bowl Sunday?
We're not 100% certain on the menu, but we're leaning towards a vat of chili, jalapeno poppers, veggie platter, and some smoked chicken...all washed down with a cleansing beer or three.

we always make these killer little pizza things. YOu take a biscuit...cut it in half ...keeping the round shape. Top with pizza sauce, meat of your choice, pepperoni, sausage ..etc. cheese and pop them in the oven for about 10 minutes and makes great little pizza bits. Never any left...we make about 4 cans....thats 80 bite size pizzas.

Meatballs, Chicken Wings (my own VERY spicy recipe), cheeses and crackers, dips and chips, and whatever the wife tells the other wives to bring.
Of course cold beer will be served and the bar will be open.

Mike
Basically, ya take some chicken, tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, green chile, and corn tortillas. Mix the chicken and all together, add some spices, then layer the bottom of the crock pot with tortillas. Pour some filling in (chicken and such) then throw shredded cheese on top of it. More tortillas, filling, then cheese. Do that until the crock pot is full, ending with a layer of cheese. Set the crock pot on low for about four hours. Once the cheese is brown around the edges it's done. Damn fine eating.
