Snow Ski or Snow Board

With winter approaching I thought it would be interesting to find out how many of you snow ski or snow board.

I can do both, but I prefer to ski as I just have more fun skiing than snow boarding.

People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

Never tried snowboarding.  Skiing is my thang.

I will try boarding as I grew up in So. Cal. surfing and skateboarding.

In all honesty, I used to ski a lot and loved it. I haven't been on two planks in a number of years. I just lost interest after college and I already have enough expensive hobbies (including wife & kids). Wife would love for me to get back into it, and I might. The kids have both done day-long skiing clinics and loved it.

Guess the number of expensive hobbies might increase soon.

I ride.  It's interesting though, most of my friends are skiers.

as i used to be sponsered on a snowboard, that is my preference. cross country skiing is probably the best overall workout i have ever had. i did enjoy cross country skiing. but downhill would be on a snowboard.

Haven't been skiing in a while, last time I did, ended up tearing the ACL in my left knee. Had several friends that recommended boarding, but still haven't tried it to this day. Looks like a blast though.

be careful with that wrist piggy. snowboarding is VERY BAD for wrists. and if yers is a little screwed already, it could be bad. just some warning from experience brother.

Just have to be careful with it because the right wrist will not bend the way it used to or the way the left one does. I take that back, it will but it would break damn near all the bones in my wrist.
