I am really glad to see this topic tackled head on in the mainstream. Hopfully it will relive those that are hiding under wigs, plugs, drugs, etc. to re-evaluate their self worth.

Isn't it ironic that some people won't shave their heads because it's "too drastic", yet they will allow some hack to slice their scalp open and punch it full of holes?
Anyone who's even thinking of getting a hair transplant should first shave his head for 30 days. After a month of slyness, I'll bet that 99% of them will no longer want the transplant.
