Fullmaine, it sounds odd that you would lose your ability to grow hair from your dad shaving it, especially if your brother is able to grow hair. If it's growing in patches, it could be that your dad hid that fact that you might have a scalp condition by shaving your head. You should go see a dermatologist about this.
P.S. Welcome to Sly Bald Guys!
Sorry about that bro...
but heck, you spent the first 18yrs of your life bald...
why be hairy the next 18..?
just shave it smooth brutha, and enjoy your shiny bald head and all it brings!

BTW, welcome aboard fellow baldie!
yeah, welcome fellow baldy
Welcome to the group dude. Yeah you been sly for 18 years why start now? Being it is halloween time go to walmart buy ya a wig and put that on....that woudl be enough to scare ya back to being bald. I know it would me. Well bro Thanks for sharing...post up and put a pic up so we can all see ya
I'm BBC and would switch with you in a heart beat.....
Fullmaine, welcome to SBGs!

You've come to the right place for advice and hey...if it really can't come back, you've got a lot of experience to add...and give your own advice!
P.S. Looking back, since I have MPB...wish my parents would have shaved my head earlier(reflecting back on my mother's think hair, high forehead...and my father's receding hairline...)
I agree with Tyler, go see a dermatologist I am sure that will answer any questions you have.
Oh yeah, welcome!
