Ok, for the benefit of the people that haven't seen the Holiday Inn Express ads and so I don't hijack a different thread, here are two of my favorites.

Yeah, they do what an ad should, get your attention.  But using a clown in an ad is no way to get me into a product, Never did and still don't like the buggers (sorry paulie)

Those are classics and everyone will remember them.  They do just what a good commercial should.

I was thinking of you and Paulie when I was watching that one.

That would be funny if we could do a Sly version of that.  "I'm not a rodeo clown, but I did shave my head last night."

i laughed at the thought of actually trying to work bulls in that get-up he was wearing. i know most people wouldn't realize it but the typical clown outfit is not very condusive to saving a man's life. hell most people call bullfighters rodeo clowns anyway. there is usually a difference. bullfighters are cowboy protection. clowns are entertainment. sorry i took this into another direction. back to the topic dammit. that would be a very funny commercial.

All very good points Paulie. I don't think the bullfighters get near enough recognition.

Best piece of advertising short of the Bud Light radio commercials - "Real American Heroes"  Today we salute you, Mr. Foam #1 Finger Maker,  etc.

That is my all time favorite.
