Sports Trivia Question!!

• For those of you who want a sports brainteaser for yourself or to stump your know-it-all sports-junkie buddy, here is the question: 
  
  In the four major pro sports (NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL), there are eight teams whose names do not end with the letter 'S' (i.e. Carolina Panthers, LA Lakers, New York Jets...).  Name them. 
  
  Obviously it would be real easy to cheat.  But if you do cheat, or if you just give up, please don't post the answers here--you'd ruin it for people who want to work it out.  But anyone who comes up with one on their own feel free to post.  First person to get them all wins...um, mad props, i guess.  and a wi-five (wireless high-five).

• I knew 5, and looked up the other three. The five I knew are:
  
  Miami heat
  
  Utah Jazz
  
  Orlando magic
  
  Boston Red Sox
  
  Chicago White Sox
  
  
  I am not a hockey fan, and wouldn't have guessed the other three in a million years
