Welcome Mike and sorry for the delayed part also, long story.
Anyway, I see that your an IT Auditor, alot of IT guys roaming around here, including me.
I think you look very sophisticated in your pic, like a person of authority with confidence.
Being IT get your hands on photoshop and paint your face up to get an idea how you would look with the different abstracts of a goatee, etc.
Remember it will always grow back, so have some fun with your new you.
