theatrical glue.  It will hold it in place...comes off easily when you need to remove it

still have the hat. but sly has changed my style so much that the rest of the gettup is not easy to find. if it even fits anymore. still have my rodeo equipment somewhere. maybe i could be an overweight washed up rodeo clown. wait that is true already, damn. not real sure what i will do yet.
