Hello gentlemen!
My name is Lonnie and I am from Indiana. I am 49 years old and I work as a web design/developer freelancer. I started shaving my head last year because I was starting to lose my hair. I have been shaving every few few days and I love it. Attached is a picture of me with my chrome dome. Looking forward to talking with all of you and getting to know all of you. Thanks!
Lonnie
Hi Lonnie
You're most welcome!
Very good-looking dome you have there
Welcome to the board, Lonnie. You are among good company here. Many of of did the same, and shaved when we first started to thin. Some here still have hair, but choose to shave it as well.
I was also 49 when I shaved. My hair was thinning, but not to the point is was noticeable to family and friends. I always had thick hair, and I could tell the difference. I started shaving and instantly loved it, I was a daily shaver for the first 10 years or so because I loved the feel of my freshly shaved head. Now, at 64, it is a every two to three day shave. BTW, once I noticed the thinning, I was only about 3 years until my top was almost completely bald.
Hi Lonnie, great looking bald head! I still have most of my hair, but I love wearing a shaved head. I shave daily in the shower. I've been a baldie 13 years now.
Hello Lonnie
I pam from Illinois. I go half of the year with a shaved head and half of the year with the Flattop been doing that for over 25 years
Even though I can still grow hair, although barely because I have a bald crown, I have always love the look of, and especially the feel of a clean shaven dome.

My father's side of the family is infamous for getting a norwood seven when they least suspect it. I support any man who embraces their MPB, and I celebrate them if they can rock it, but I know that it's not for me. Besides, I love the feel of a shaved head.
