After I got laid off last February, I decided to make the best of my free time and experiment with something very different. I decided to go with a mohawk.

It was an interesting experience as many people commented on it. There were no negative comments about it. In fact some were positive and encouraged me to keep it growing. However, it was a bit of a chore to shave it correctly so it wouldn't lose its shape.
I missed having a smooth shaved bald head and it was more convenient for me.

If I had hair up on top of the dome I'd grow a Mohawk. Then I'd spike it and dye it black with a royal blue stripe right down the middle.
Same... I have a power donut, no mohawk for me.
A Mohawk is one haircut I wish I did. Just don?t have enough hair to pull it off. It looked great on you but welcome back to slydom.
I think the Mohawk was way cool. I?m very jealous. I wish I could do that and never had the opportunity in my working career and I still had hair.
It was a cool look for you, as is the bald head. I think the mustache and soul patch makes both look better as well. The mohawk is one of several styles I wish I had tried back when I could.

I actually dyed it red and blue at different times, but I used a temporary dye for each. I did not like it because it stained a lot and the results were not that good. The red one looked more pink.
If I wanted something that wouldn't stain, I was told I would have to use a permanent dye but I can't do that since I'm going to be going to job interviews soon.

Oh, yeah. Before I grew out my mohawk, I was was also clean shaven. After I decided to shave bald again, I decided to keep my moustache and soul patch.
I like the mustache and soul patch with a bald head on you. It looks good. It's a nice alternative. Maybe the hawk will make a return for you!
No offence, but I didn't like the mohawk on you. Glad you tried it though, always fun to try something different. I'm sure the shaved head feels great, and it looks awesome on you! I always feel so clean and well groomed when I go back to a smooth bald head after growing my hair. When I grow my hair, I really start noticing shaved guys, and I get "bald envy"! Then it's just a matter of time before I get the razor out.

It was just a little experiment I wanted to try out of curiosity and boredom since I am not working at the moment. I'm just glad I gave it a try, but it was becoming a chore to keep its shape.
I missed the smooth feeling of a freshly-shaved head and it was way easier to maintain.
