John, I think the Clean look or goat, either one, are better than the mustache.
A mustache on its own really doesn't look good on anybody. You never see a young guy with just a mustache anymore. I'm not sure why it fell from favor, but it has. I never used to have anything against them, but it's definitely not a look I like now, probably because I'm not used to seeing it anymore.
I had one for over 20 years till one day I decided to shave it off. Almost 10 years ago. -

The moustache does look odd these days. I've never cared for the look, but I don't know why it's not real common anymore.

Hey Guys, yesterday was my first month of being slick and sly!
It's amazing that I feel like I have been doing this forever. It truly is an awesome feeling, and the experience has been great since the first day I finally took the leap.
I am a daily shaver and can't imagine going one day without. I really want to thank all of you who encouraged and gently prodded me off the fence. I think you guys are excellent and I look forward to reading the new posts for info and just bs'ing.
I can't imagine growing my hair back.

Wow! Is it already a month Joe? Only seems like yesterday that you were sitting on the fence! Glad you finally did the deed .... now, if we can just get to that up-to-date pic!

Thanks again guys for all the encouragement, and sorry I took so long with the pics.
I took that with my cell so it's not the best shot.
I am glad to be part of such a positive group here. It's good to have so many to get input from and give your own to, and to also know you can get good advice on almost any subject.
PB, you had the same caesar type of comb forward with a hole in the back similar to mine? lol. Isn't this much better!
