Well, I made it (4 days to go, actually); but couldn't wait to mark the moment. I still look like my avatar; was growing out the beard a bit; but decided to shave it down again. Really like the clean look and feeling; and my face is getting used to the regular shaving. Funny; my head didn't need any getting used to. i thought Maybe I was having beginners luck at first; but still no big nicks; no bumps; no irritation. Guess its just because I've been following all the good advice of you guys.

What can I say, you're a natural baldy... it just took a bunch of us guys ganging up on you until we beat you into submission to make you realize it. Like JDog said, your perfectly sly dome is a source of envy to those of us with shadow. Congrats on 1 month!

But there is one look you haven't tried yet....sly with just a moustache. But I am wondering what the wife is thinking about the clean face look since she liked the beard? -

Hey Marshall. Long time no see, brother! Actually; I did do a stache for about 3 days before taking it all off. My wife is getting used to it; to the head at least; she'd like to see some facial hair; though; so I probably WILL go back to beard or most likely goatee before too long.

A mustache on its own really doesn't look good on anybody. You never see a young guy with just a mustache anymore. I'm not sure why it fell from favor, but it has. I never used to have anything against them, but it's definitely not a look I like now, probably because I'm not used to seeing it anymore.
