Yes, and I like the way that you have shaped the goatee in that last pic as well.  You have trimmed it right to where the natural creases lie around your mouth and under your chin - so it really looks "groomed" and neat.  Everything about your new look is so much more "neat" and "clean" than your former look.  You look like a guy who thinks enough of himself to take care of the way he looks and presents himself.  And you know what, other people pick up on that too.  You can't help but enjoy yourself and others more when you feel good about the way you look.  It's like the old barbershop slogan; "look better, feel better"!

Yeah, you're in. I don't think you have to worry about the 30 days!

You guys are probably getting sick of me posting pics but since it's officially 3 weeks today I thought I'd post one I took this afternoon. 30 days is unnecessary for me. I'm officially BBC now :)

No need to apologize for the everyday updates and pictures. It's great to see that you're happy being sly!

Thanks for the comments guys. The goatee has been gone for a while, I have very sensitive skin and every time I grow a goatee it itches like crazy and I end up shaving it off. Maybe I'll try it again but keep it a lot shorter.

I'd be careful about going shorter than what is in your before pics because that already looks a bit borderline too short.  Stubbly super-short beards tend to look sloppy and unkempt so if you don't really like the sensation that a proper goatee generates then you are better off shaving everything completely or adopting a smaller style like a soul patch or mustache where you can grow it past the sloppy looking stubble stage.  It's always better to do something right than to go halfway and do it wrong.  O0  In a way it's a lot like a guy with thinning/balding hair where they get the choice to either do a bald head right or do a regular hairstyle wrong with thin patchy hair.

I can understand your enjoyment of the new look. I'm BBC too.  It's a good look for you.

 :)

Your bald head suits you just fine, bro.
You will get used to it......Like others have said before me, stick to the 30-day rule that way others will have the opportunity to adjust to the "new" you. A lot of guys are now opting for the shaved head style and most guys that have deliberatly chosen this route actually do suit it - and you are one of those guys, bro. Keep the look & grow a little face fuzz if you like, as this compliments the bald look, i think.

Your wife will get used to your bald head & who knows, may even offer to shave your head for you, now and then.

My wife didn't like it when I got my head shaved at first, as I had fairly thick & well styled hair at the time. I just decided that I wanted a change and went bald-by-choice. I did grow it out again a bit, but my wife didn't like the feel of the short stubbly head and told me to get it shaved, again. I have never went back to having hair since & now everyone that knows me expects to see me bald..... Hope this helps you s little. All the best.

Thanks for the comments and advice everyone. I started using a DE about a week ago and quickly realized that slow and careful is the way to go. Once I slowed down and took my time it started turning out great!

One thing I have noticed is that the Proraso Green shaving foam I have been using doesn't seem to let the razor slide very smoothly, it almost gets sticky. Any idea's what I'm doing wrong?

Today is day 30 of the 30 day challenge. It's official, I'm BBC.
My wife has been informed and is taking the news well :)
I was looking through some older  pics the other night and didn't find a single one where I had hair that I liked. I've had more comments about how much better I look in the last 30 days than the last 30 years.

I'm going to get a "hot towel head shave" at a barber this coming Saturday so I guess I'm embracing the bald thing.

Thanks for all of the encouragement!
