Getting ready to start my extended weekend for the 4th of July, and since I normally only get online at (cough cough) work.

Just went to Hobby Lobby to get some stuff for our pool's July 4th party. It already had six aisles of Christmas stuff up and priced for sale.

I thought about getting a big Santa and sticking an Uncle Sam hat on him.

Hope everyone who celebrates the 4th has a great and safe time!

Hi Gents:  Hope all is well with you and your families.  Just wanted to wish you all a Happy 4th of July.  So... what will you be doing on this special day?  Are you off?  Working?  Out of town?  Staying home?  On a side note... share with us your July 4th SOTD (shave of the day).

I'm off today and this weekend.  We will be grilling out in a few minutes and just having a very simple time with my beautiful family at home.  We are going to grill some burgers and sausages.
My SOTD will be later today:  Probably either a Weber, R41, iKon Slant, DE blade will probably be a Feather, Shave Soap will either be Mystic Water, Mike's, or Tiki.  Brush will be a Thater 4125/2 and dessert will be an ice cube rub, refrigerated WH, refrigerated Osage Rub.

So... how 'bout you?  What will you be doing?  Happy shaves to you and happy times.

Shave of the day,  skipped a few days so there was quite a bit of residue in the shower!  Sure felt good to be sly again today. Sun screen for the parade this morning.

Sitting in our front yard most of the day. Looks like a park, so many flowers blooming. But always shady on the park bench.

Grilling chicken and potatoes shortly. Then fireworks tonight at sunset.
