Are they any good? A guy over at Blade forums is sending me one from a pay it forward thread. Thought there was no other way to try it without having to shell out some $. If I don't like it, I figured I can just pay it forward again.

Hi Matt: Torrey SR are great straight razors from what I have heard. SR shaving is very challenging so good luck and keep us posted. Kindly post some pics of the Torrey.

I would have to agree with Warhawk, as i've heard a lot of positive things about Torreys.
I hope the person PIFing it to you gets it shave ready for you!
