Your Laziest Moment
« on: January 27, 2013, 12:29:05 PM »
I suspect we all have chores that we HATE more than any other and for me it's anything related to dishes.  Washing dishes, putting away dishes, even wrapping leftovers in clingfilm before putting them in the fridge feels like pure drudgery.

I have a very nice full set of dishes gifted to me by a family member but I am so dish-lazy I use paper plates and bowls.  I am a fully grown adult and I will eat a steak off a paper plate  :-[ >:D   (I do use proper utensils, for some reason washing forks/knives/spoons doesn't bother).

I just had a major moment of (not really) shame realizing I needed to double up on the paper plates cos the marsala sauce I made would soak through just one (note I don't mind the cooking at all).

So c'mon, I can't be the only one with some absolutely terrible lazy habit, fess up!  :)

I procrastinate to much , when it comes to dishs !  I love to cook, and my roomates love to eat but. They are pigs when it comes to dishs,  when a person is done with a plate, bowl, why can't they rince it ?   :Xo! LOL so I just let them set there and it used to bother me but not anymore.  And finally when dishs are out !  Someone comes around and does them , and it is not me !  Badda Bing !  LOL  paper plates are always good but a steak nonono  ;D

I have to agree with you Switchy I can't stand it when someone doesn't rinse the dishes they use it makes it harder to clean but I have had to get use to it as well but would still would love it if someone learns how to rinse there dishes
