Horseshoe removal

Hey guys brand new here & I didn't know who else to turn to...I've been shaving my head the past 8 years & I don't know of any product that can remove the horseshoe growth that pretty much pops up over night? I'd like some advice on any creams or ointments or even that no-no hair removal system..I was browsing some of the other topics here & electronic removal is out for me #1 because it's a bit pricey & #2 since I live in Vegas staying clear of the sun for several weeks after is out of the question...Once again any help would be appreciated & I apologize if this topic has been covered numerous times before..

Shaving is the only thing I know of ... but I'm sure the guys will be along with more options.

Welcome, Phil! I assume you are referring to the shadow left behind after shaving your head....Anything short of waxing or laser, it will always be there...but I have made mine minimal by using a shaving brush and shaving soap over traditional creams. Also, you could try shaving with hotter water, but I can't think of anything else....I have a little shadow after I shave, but only other guys with shaved heads would probably notice. Good luck!

If you really want to get rid of it completely and permanently then you are going to be unhappy because there is no easy total solution. If it pops up overnight then pop in down in the morning with the razor.

If you can embrace and enjoy it you will be happier.

Phil, you can find a starter brush/soap at Walmart for around $15 bucks.....There is also a shop called The Art Of Shaving which sells the more advanced shaving equipment...I don't know if there's a store in Vegas, but they sell good stuff to help you albeit at a more expensive price.

You could try tweeing it using an epilator, but it can apparently be incredibly painful when not doing it bit-by-bit. After a while of tweezing, the hair that grows back is very weak and can be waxed out.
